Deposit: A deposit of RM 100 per trip is required to confirm your booking.
Advance Booking: All bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be settled before the start of the tour. Deposits will be adjusted in the final payment.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date will forfeit the deposit. Refunds for cancellations made earlier are subject to a 10% processing fee.
