1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

City Tours & Airport Transfers:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled time: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund.

Additional Services (Child Seat, Flowers, Airport Assistance):
- Can be canceled up to 24 hours before the service time for a full refund.
- No refunds for last-minute cancellations.
2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- If you do not show up at the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.
3. Changes & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
