We strive to provide the best travel experience. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please read our policy below.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • City Tours & Airport Transfers:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled time: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund.
  • Additional Services (Child Seat, Flowers, Airport Assistance):

    • Can be canceled up to 24 hours before the service time for a full refund.
    • No refunds for last-minute cancellations.

2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • If you do not show up at the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
